I cannot find him in the 1901 census.

I cannot find him in the 1911 census but there is a Flora Young (wife?) aged 27 living in Chichester, Sussex.
His son was born in Chichester at the end of 1911.
John Burton Young was the second cousin of Ellen, wife of Thomas Paine, my eighth cousin three times removed.
