I cannot find her in the 1891 census, but she was not living with her parents.
In the 1901 census as Emily Tucker aged 25, born in Buckland Filleigh, Devon, single, a housemaid, and living with Henry Torkington (aged 57, born in Melchbourn, Buckinghamshire, and a retired army officer RA), his wife (Annie J aged 45 and born in South Australia), his daughter (Mary C aged 25, born in Woolwich, Kent, single, and no stated employment), and six other servants (Thomas Baker aged 22, born in Redhill, Surrey, single and a groom, Dereniter Jones aged 59, born in Spetchley, Worcestershire, widowed and a cook, Grace Philpotts aged 18, born in Yarmouth, Norfolk, single and a housemaid, Andrewina Preston aged 33, born in Hullavington, Wiltshire, married and a palourmaid, and Ernest Shrubb aged 19, born in Farmham, Surrey, single, a houseboy and her future husband) at Willey Park Farnham, Surrey (on the north side of the A31 just west of the A325)

In the 1911 census as Emily Shrubb aged 33, and living with Ernest (husband?), and Frank (son?) in Farnham, Surrey. Her father living at Lake Sheepwash incorrectly put her on his census form as Emily Tucker aged 38, born in Sheepwash, married and living in Surrey.
The two children were born in Farnham, Surrey.
