Birth of Percival Stubbs in FreeBMD in July-September 1872 in St Olave (1d 293) which included Rotherhithe.
Two bothers were born in Bradninch, Devon in 1874 and 1875 and the family moved from Tiverton to Truro in the spring/summer of 1877 from the birth and death of his sister Mary.
In the 1881 census as Percival Stubbs aged 7, born in London, and living with his parents (John and Mary), three brothers (Arthur G, Francis W and Frederick), two sisters (Beatrice and Mary E), (half)sister (Florence) and a servant (Adelaide Manley aged 15, and born in Scorrior, Cornwall) in Edwards Street, Truro St Mary, Cornwall.
His brother was born in Truro in 1881, but his sister and three brothers were born in Tiverton in 1882 to 1887.
In the 1891 census as Percival Stubbs aged 18, born in Rotherithe, London, single, a drapers assistant, and living with his (half)brother (John W), his wife (Alice), their son (John P) and daughter (Alice B) in four rooms at 42 Olney Street, Newington St Mary, London. Another family was living at the same address.
I cannot find any later information but in the 1911 census his mother had had eleven children, five of whom had died, so if correct he must still have been alive.
Entry in Stubbs Genealogy for Percival Stubbs born in St. Olave in September 1872, son of John Stubbs and Mary Warren. The 1891 Census finds Percival in the household of his half-brother John Warren in Newington St. Mary, London and occupied as a draper's assistant. He has not been found in the 1901 Census.
S Northcott has an entry in Ancestry Public Member Trees for Percival Stubbs born in London, Middlesex in 1873, parents John and Mary Stubbs. Another entry gives his birth in Rotherhithe, Surrey in September 1872, and his mother's maiden name as Warren.
Bradninch is 9 miles NE of Exeter.
Percival Stubbs was Felicity's first cousin three times removed.
