The most probably entry for the birth of Louisa Richardson in FreeBMD is in January-March 1973 in Kensington (1a 69).

In the 1881 census as Louisa Richardson aged 8, born in London, Middlesex, and an orphan living at The Orphanage, Woodmansterne, Surrey. Emma Richardson aged 7 and also born in London, Middlesex was also there and was I assume her sister. There were five other orphans, and the matron was Amy Clifton (aged 56, born in London, Middlesex, and widowed).

I cannot locate her in the 1891 or 1901 censuses.

In the 1911 census as Louisa Fullick aged 38 and living with George Fulick in Farnham, Surrey.

Tim Fallick has an entry in Ancestry Public Member Trees for Louisa Richardson born in in 1873, and married to George Fullick on 14 May 1910 in Headley, Hampshire. Shirley West adds her death on 13 February 1939 in Churt, Surrey. Matthew Savill adds her father as Henry Richardson, the marriage witnessed by Alfred James Hutchings and Kate Hutchings (nee Fullick) (her sister-in-law), her death at The Barracks, Churt aged 68, and her burial on 16 February 1939 at St John the Evangelist, Churt
