Birth of William Henry Randall in FreeBMD in July-September 1861 in St Geo Han Sq (1a 244). This must have been a late registration from the census entry - I guess his mother died in October-December 1860 at or soon after his birth.
In the 1861 census as William Randall aged 2, born in St George Hanover Square, Middlesex, and living with his widowed grandmother (Harriet Tomkins) and uncle (George Tomkins) at 23 Grosvenor Market, St George Hanover Square, Middlesex.
His father married Susan Lowers at Emmanuel, Camberwell on 4 May 1870.
