Father Joseph Charles Punter of same address. Enlisted on 19 November 1914 at Hounslow. Arrived Dover 21 November 1914, but was in hospital with influenza and endocarditis from 22 January to 28 June 1915, and was discharged from the army on 12 August 1915 having made a misstatement as to age on enlistment.

Father Joseph Punter of the same address. Had not served in any branch of His Majesty's Forces. Enlisted at South Ealing and joined at Woolwich on 16 September 1915. In very faint writing in a different hand is added his marriage to Minnie Elizabeth Sidney on 18 May 1918 at Christ Church, Doncaster, Yorks and her address is given as 45 Apley Road, Doncaster.
