In the 1841 census as William Mansell aged 25, not born in Middlesex, a coal dealer and living with Mary Ann (wife?) and William Mansell Jr (son?) at 37 Weston Street, Campden Town, St Pancras, Middlesex. Two other men were living at the same address.
In the 1851 census as William Mansell aged 34, born in Whitety (sic - on the original), Surrey, a furniture dealer employing three men and living with his wife (Mary Ann), two sons (Thomas B and William J ) and three daughters (Elizabeth B, Mary Ann and Sarah A) at 37 Weston Street, Campden Town, St Pancras, Middlesex.
In the 1861 census as William Mansell aged 45, born in Surrey, a furniture dealer, and living with his wife (Mary A), two sons (Thoms and Wm), and three daughters (Eleanor, Elizabeth and Mary A) at 37 Western Street, Campden Town, St Pancras, Middlesex.
I cannot find the family in the 1871 census but his wife was a widow in the 1881 census.
William Mansell was my eighth cousin three times removed.
