There are a number of children of William Holmes, a labourer of Yeadon up to a John in 1730. However there is no record of the burial of the John born 1725 so those after 1725 may be in another family.

There are six entries in Ancestry Public Member Trees for William Holmes born in 1689, hiis marriage to Martha Long on 9 June 1714 and three children - John, Wiliam and Elizabeth.

Guiseley is about 9 miles NW of Leeds and Yeadon is 2 miles SE of Guiseley, while Harewood is 8 miles north of Leeds on A61 and 10 miles from Yeadon. I do not understand why the Ancestry databases state Harewood - I assume the pages have been shuffled, but it may be that a copy of the entries was sent to Harewood.
