There is a submitted entry in the IGI for an event for Annice Heath on 8 May 1582, father Henrye Heath. However in Headley Burials there is an entry for Annis Hethe (widow) on 13 June 1582, and in Headley Wills an entry for Agnes Hethe on the same date. If a widow this must refer to Agnes Voller.
Agnes Heath was my first cousin eleven times removed.
