Birth of Kate Fullick in FreeBMD in April-June 1875 in Fareham (2b 509).

In the 1881 census as Katie Fullick aged 5, born in Cosham, Hampshire, and living with her grandfather (Charles Madgwick), mother (Alice Fullick), brother (Charles), and aunt (Annie L Fullick) at 18 Temple Bar, Widley, Hampshire.

In the 1891 census as Kate Madgwick (sic - on the original) aged 15, born in Widley, Hampshire, a dress maker and living with her (grand)father Charles Madgwick) and sister (Alic - sic sister on the original, but actually her mother) at 1 Portsdown View, Widley, Hampshire.

Marriage of Kate Fullick and John Lewis Jones in FreeBMD in January-March 1895 in Fareham (2b 509).

Her son William was born in Aldershot and Ernest in Pembroke Dock.

In the 1901 census as Kate Jones aged 25, married, born in Cosham, husband in 5a? (I suspect SA - South Africa Second Boer War 1899–1902), and visiting with her two sons (Ernest and William) Charles Madgwick (her grandfather) and his unmarried stepdaughter (Alice - her mother) in four rooms at 19 Havant Road, Cosham, Hampshire.

Dean Madgwick has an entry in Ancestry Public Member Trees for Katie Fullick born in 1876, mother Alice Madgwick.

Annie Louise Fullick born 1870, Charles Albert Fullick born 1873 and Kate Fullick born 1875. All are children of Alice Mary Fullick who resided in Cosham, Hampshire and were all baptised in the Parish of Wymering on 22 November 1876. Alice was the daughter of Eleanor Fullick. The parish records show no father's name for any of the children.

Wymering and Cosham are just north of the A27/M27, and Widley a mile north up the A3.

Relationship

Kate Fullick was my third cousin once removed.
