There were two Arthur James Fullick born at about the same time - that of Henry and Martha was in Headley and of James and Phoebe in Frensham - many entries have these the wrong way round, further confused by the places of birth in the census entries, and the fact that he is called James in all the entries after his christenening.

In the 1871 census as James Fullick aged 6, born in Headley, Hampshire and living with his parents (Henry and Martha), six brothers (Arthur, Frederick, George, John, Samuel and William), and two sisters (Martha and Mary Ann) at the Furze Hills, Churt, Frensham, Surrey (as this is the third entry in the Churt census starting from Pond Cottage, I think it must be Copse or Coppice Cottage where my father lived after 1906).
In the 1881 census as James Fullock (sic - in the index, correct on the orginal), aged 15, born in Headly, Hampshire, employed as a labourer, and living with his parents (Henry and Martha), three brothers (Arthur, Frederick and Samuel) and three sisters (Ellen, Kate and Lilly - Lilly was his neice) in Churt, Frensham, Surrey (I assume this is the same address).
In the 1891 census as James Fullick aged 22 (sic - on the original, should be 26), born in Headley, single, employed as an agricultural labourer and living with his parents (Henry and Martha), three brothers (Arthur, George and William), two sisters (Ellen and Kate) and niece (Lilly Hurst) at Simmond Stone, Headley (this is Field House or Fallowfield, Bacon Lane).
In the 1901 census as James Fullick aged 32 (sic - on the original, should be 36), born in Headley, single, a bricklayer's labourer and boarding with William Marshall (aged 36, born in Headley and a bricklayer's labourer) his wife (Esther aged 34 and born in Headley), and their five sons (Albert Charles aged 19, James aged 7, and Leonard aged 2, Samuel aged 13 and William Geo aged 14, all born in Headley) in four rooms at Beech Hill, Headley, Hampshire.

Shirley Dave has an entry in Ancestry Public Member Trees for James Fullick born on 28 May 1864 in Headley, Hampshire, parents Henry Fullick and Martha Shrubb and the 1871-1901 census entries. Matthew Savill has similiar information but giving his name as Arthur James Fullick, and adding his christening on 7 May 1865 at All Saints, Headley and marriage to Jane Gale on `6 August 1901 at All Saints, Headley (the grrom signed his name, the bride made her mark. Witnessed by William Marshall (x) and Martha Harris).
Arthur James Fullick was my granduncle. His wife was his third cousin and my third cousin twice removed.
