The same information is in Headley Baptisms adding his father was a labourer living at Barford.
In the 1871 census as Frederick Fullick aged 5, born in Headley, and living with his parents (Henry and Martha), six brothers (Arthur, George, James, John, Samuel and William), and two sisters (Martha and Mary Ann) at the Furze Hills, Churt (as this is the third entry in the Churt census starting from Pond Cottage, I think it must be Copse or Coppice Cottage where my father lived after 1906).
In the 1881 census census as Frederick Fullock (sic - in the index, correct on the orginal) aged 13, born in Headley, employed as a farm worker, and living with his parents (Henry and Martha), three brothers (Arthur, James and Samuel) and three sisters (Ellen, Kate and Lilly - Lilly was his neice) in Churt. (I assume this was still Coppice Cottage).
I cannot find any later information nor any registration of his birth.
Matthew Savill and Shirley Dave have entries in Ancestry Public Member Trees with the above information and putting his birth in April 1868 (they provide an 1891 census reference but this is for the wrong Frederick - mother Eliza).
