There are two similar records in the Hampshire Parish and Probate Records:
The first is headed "Hampshire: - Marriage Licences, Bishop of Winchester, 1689-1837 Allegations for Marriage Licences in Hampshire, in the Registry of the Bishop of Winchester. Addenda." The second has a similar heading but "Hampshire" is replaced by "Dampshire" and " Addenda" by "Volume 3". Both state
"Fullick, Edward, of Headley, butcher, b., & Anne Faithfull, of Farnham, co. Surrey, sp., at F., Sherfield, or Tunworth, 23 Jan 1702-3."

The death is in Headley Burials as Edward Fulleck.
