Notes

There is no entry in the IGI for a christening in 1565 or soon after, but there is one for a Willm Fullicke christened 3 December 1559 in Lurgashall but no parents. These could be the same person, but I have different entries for them.

There is an entry in the IGI for the marriage of Willm Fullicke and Joane Farnden in the IGI on 22 October 1587 in Lurgashall, Sussex.

There are two possible children in the IGI, Alce christened and died in 1588 and John christened in 1589, both with the father William Fullicke and in Lurgashall.

There is an entry in FamilyHistoryOnline Sussex Burials for Willia Fullicke (sic) that came from the Chappell of Lyth on 27 February 1604 at Lurgashall St.Laurence. I assume this refers to a chapel of ease near to Lythehill which is the northern end of Black Down and is just to the west of Fulwick's Copse. Although the name Lythehill is still used, there does not appear to be a place identifiable with Lythe. There is a chapel Copse a few yards east of Fulwick's Copse and is close to Northchapel where there was a chapel at this time.

Relationship

William Fullick was my ninth great granduncle.
