In the 1881 census as Thomas Hullick (sic - in the index, Fullick on the original), no age in the index but 8 months on the original, born in Limehouse, Middlesex, and living with his parents (Henry and Rebecca), three brothers (George, Henry C and William E), three sisters (Ellen, Elizabeth C, and Rebecca), his uncle (Edward) and his wife (Mary), and a visitor (James Tully aged 10 and born in Poplar) at 14 Church Row, Linchouse (sic), London.

In the 1891 census as Thomas Fallick (sic - in the index, Fullick on the original) aged 10, born in Limehouse, and living with his parents (Henry and Rebecca), three brothers (George, Henry C and William E), and five sisters (Annie, Edith A , Elizabeth E, Ellen and Rebecca) at 15 Stainsby Road, Limehouse, London (between the Limehouse Cut and Bartlett Park).

In the 1901 census as Thomas Fullick aged 20, born in Limehouse, single, a clerk and living with his parents (Henry and Rebecca), two brothers (George and William) and four sisters (Annie, Edith, Elizabeth and Ellen) at 15 Stainsby Road, Limehouse, London.

Marriage of Thomas Fullick and Rosa Grace Peer in FreeBMD in April-June 1904 in Stepney (1c 551).

Edith and Thomas were born in Stepney in 1905 and 1907, Vera was born in Romford just before the 1911 census.

In the 1911 census as Thomas Fullick aged 30 and living with Rosa Grace (wife?), Thomas Victor (son?), and Edith Alma and Vera Mary (daughters?) in Romford, Essex.

Entry in the Register of Deaths for Thomas Fullick in April-June 1951 aged 70 in Surrey NE (5g 532).

Molly Miller has an entry in Ancestry Public Member Trees for Thomas Fullick born in 1881 in Limehouse, London, parents Henry and Rebecca Fullick, and another giving his birth in August 1880 and his mother as Rebecca Marshall. Jay Pee does not give his parents but gives his birth in July 1880 in Croydon, his marriage to Rosa Grace Peer on 30 April 1904 in Limehouse and his three children. Martin J Roden gives his christening on 22 September 1880 at St Michaels and All angels, Bromley, Middlesex together with four siblings, his marriage on 30 April 1904 at St Anne, Limehouse, and the 1911 census entry as living at 182 Windsor Road, Ilford, Essex, a Saw Mill Proprietor living with wife, Rosa and 3 children. Matthew Savill adds that the christening entry gives him as the son of Henry (sawyer) and Rebecca Fullick of 14 Church Row and marriage entry as a clerk, son of a timber merchant.

Stepney was transfered to London in 1889.
