In the 1841 census as Sarah Fullick aged 5, born in Surrey, and living with Eli and Hannah (parents?), Eli, Henry and William (brothers?) and Hannah and Jane (sisters?) in the High Street, Carshalton, Surrey.

Her father died in Carshalton in 1844.

In the 1851 census as Sarah Faallick (sic - in the index, Fullick on the original)) aged 14, born in Carshalton, Surrey, and a servant living with Hannah Clann (aged 43, born in Doncaster, Yorkshire, widowed and a lodging house keeper), Peter S Loughlin (aged 50, born in Country Clare, Ireland and a catholic priest), a visitor (Selyma Mestaer aged 78, born in Spain, single and no stated employment), two lodgers (Henry Hugh Bridgewater aged 25, born in Glusbury, Breconshire, and a clergyman of the Church of England, and Eliza Brown aged 27, born in Barnstaple, Devon and no stated employment) at 26 South Molton Street, St George Hanover Square, Middlesex.

Marriage of Sarah Fullick and William Selwood in the IGI on 27 January 1858 at St Mary, Lambeth, Surrey. I suspect this was a calling of banns.

"1858 Marriage solemnized at the Parish Church in the Parish of St Mary Lambeth in the County of Surrey No. 16 10th Feby 1858 William Selwood of full age, a widower and labourer of Waterloo Road, father Paul Selwood (decd), a fishmonger, and Sarah Fullick, of full age, a spinster of Waterloo Road, father Eli Fullick (decd), a labourer. Married in the Parish Church according to the Rites and Ceremonies of the Established Church after Banns in the Presence of us Henry John Grantham and Elizabeth Grantham.".

In the 1861 census as Sarah Selwood aged 26, born in Carshalton, Surrey, and living with her husband (William) in Mitcham East of London Road, Surrey.

Her daughter was born in Mitcham in 1863.

In the 1871 census as Sarah Selwood aged 39, born in Carshalton, Surrey, and living with her husband (William) and daughter (Sarah) in Church Street, Mitcham, Surrey.

His two daughters were christened in Carshalton in 1872 on the same day and son in Carshalton in 1878.

I cannot find the family in the 1881 census.

Her husband died in Faringdon in 1886. (Spelling of surname changes to Sellwood from this entry).

In the 1891 census as Sarah Sellwood (sic) aged 51, born in Carshalton, Surrey, widowed, a laundress and living at 4 Lawton Road, Tottenham, Middlesex. Another family was living at the same address.

In the 1901 census as Sarah Sellwood (sic) aged 71, born in Carshalton, Surrey, widowed, no stated employment, and living with her son-in-law and daughter (William and Sarah Knox), three grandsons (George, Sydney and William) and two granddaughters (Rose and Lillie) in four rooms at 8 Stanmore Cottages, British Grove, Chiswick, Middlesex. Another family was living at the same address.

Death of Sarah Sellwood (sic - on the typed original) in FreeBMD in October-December 1910 aged 71 in Brentford (3a 94).

There are four entries in Ancestry Public Member Trees for Sarah Fullick born in March 1837 in Carshalton, Surrey, parents Eli Fullick and Hannah Penfold. Matthew Savill adds her marriage to William Sellwood at St Marys, Lambeth, London on 10 February 1858, her daughter and her death in Chiswick, Middlesex in December 1910. Another entry gives the date of the marriage as 17 January 1858.

Sarah Fullick was my first cousin three times removed.
