In the 1881 census as Herbert C Fullick, aged 2, born in E Worldham, and living with his parents (Daniel and Mary A), widowed grandfather (Daniel), sister (Ann L) and a boarder (Louis Stent aged 15, born in Bensted, Hampshire and an agricultural labourer) at 5 Blanket Street, East Worldham.

In the 1891 census as Herbert C Fullick aged 12, born in East Worldham, a gardener and living with his parents (Daniel and Maryann)and four sisters (Ada, Alice M, Ann L and Ethel S) at 5 Worldham Cross, East Worldham.

His mother died in 1892 and father in 1899.

In the 1901 census as Herbert Fulliste (sic - in the index, Fullicke on the original) aged 20, born in Worldham, Hampshire, single and a domestic coachman, and boarding with Thomas Rand Briant (aged 26, born in Hurstbourne Tarrant, Hampshire and an assurance agent), his wife (Flora aged 25 and born in St Marybowne, Hampshire), son (Charles Thomas Briant aged 8 months and born in Alton, Hampshire) and a visitor (William John Whitedmoud aged 1 and born in Bentworth, Hampshire) in 4 rooms at 36 Normandy Street, Alton, Hampshire.

His children were born in Fulham in 1911 to 1926.

Entry in Ancestry British Army WWI Service Records, 1914-1920 for Herbert Charles Fullick of 1 Lansdown Gardens, Louth Lambeth Road S W aged 36 and a roadmender who enlisted on 2 November 1914 in London RTS 533 in the Amy Service Corps at Woolwich and left with the British Expeditionary Force on 3 November 1914, receiving the Victory Medal, British War medal and 1914 Star. Much is illegible. His wife was Rosa Ellen Fullick of 1 Lansdown Gardens, S Lambeth, SW and was married on 5 May 1906 at All Saints Lambeth. His children were Hebert Charles born on 31 August 1907, Alice Rosa on 17 April 1909, Ethel Sarah on 10 January 1911, Walter Daniel on 15 February 1913 and George Walter. His height was 5ft 5.5 inches and chest 36+2.5 inches.He was punished for 3 days on 16 January 1916 and 5 days on 16 June 1916 for absent when on active service. There was a Court of Enquiry on 25 June 1917 into the circumstances in which H C Fullick sustained injuries due to a fall from a horse. In his own words "On Thurs 22 of June about 10 am I was mounting a horse to take to exercise. It started bucking and galloped up the yard colliding with two other horses causing himself to fall with me underneath when I received a wound on the forehead, lip and chin RR H C Fullick 533 11 Squadron" He was appointed Lance Corporal on 15 September 1918, and was repremanded on 21 March 1919 for making an inappropriate reply to a member of the MP in execution of his duties. He was discharged to 6 Halford Road, North End Road, Fulham aged 40.

There is an entry in Ancestry Public Member Trees for Herbert C Fullickborn in 1879 in East Worldham, Hampshire, parents Daniel and Maryann Fullick and his death in Fulham, London in 1943. Jay Pee gives his birth in December 1878 and his mother as Mary Ann Stent. Leslie Singer adds his marriage to Rosa Ellen Banks on 5 May 1906 and four children. Matthew Savill lists five children.
