Birth of Frederick Walter Fullick in FreeBMD in October-December 1889 in Alton (2c 159).

In the 1891 census as Frederick Walter Fallick (sic - in the index, Fullick on the original) aged 1, born in Kingsley, Hampshire, and living with his parents (George and Jane), five brothers (Alfred, George, James, Frederick (latter unamed on the original) and Thomas) and sister (Ellen) in Kingsley Street, Kingsley, Hampshire.

His mother died in 1899.

In the 1901 census as Frederick Fullick aged 11, born in Kingsley, Hampshire, and living with his widowed father (George), three brothers (George, James and Thomas) and sister (Ellen) at Deane Bridge, Kingsley, Hampshire.

In the 1911 census as Frederick Walter Fullick aged 22 and living with George and Thomas (brothers?), Jane (sister?) and Edward George (relationship unknown but born in Southampton in January-March 1904 ) in Alton, Hampshire.

Entry in Commonwealth War Graves for F Fullick, a gunner number 62162 in the 79 Siege Bty, Royal Garrison Artillery died on 30 September 1917 and was buried at I C 6 Les Baraques Military Cemetery, Sangatte (the western side of Calais. It is just off the D940, the road to Sangatte). The cemetery was opened in September 1917 so he was one of the first burials there.

Entry in Ancestry World British Army WWI Medal Rolls Index Cards 1914-1920 for Frederick Fullick, Gnr in RGA number 62612 for Victory and British Medals. Note there is also an entry for Frederick W Fullick also a gunner in the RGA but number 169788.

Entry in Ancestry UK Soldiers who died in the Great War 1914-1919 for Frederick Fullick of Kingsley, Alton who joined in Bordan Hants, as gunner 62612 in the Royal Garrison Artillery and died of wounds on 23 September 1917 in Aldershot.

There is an almost illegible entry in Ancestry British Army WWI Service Records 1914-1920 for 62612 Frederick Fullick of Kingsley, Bordon aged 24, a labourer, not married for Short Service (Duration of the War). His Enlistment Descriptive Report gives his age as 24, height 6 ft 0.25 inches, girth (fully expanded) 38 inches, range 3 inches, CofE, next of kin Harry Fullick of Kingsley, Bordon, Hants, his brother, enlisted on 1 November 1915, joined ? on 4 November 1915 rest illigible except 29 November 1915 and 30 September 1915.Casualty Form Active Service for Frederick Fullick number 62612 a Gr in the Royal Garrison Artillary, CofE, aged 24 years 2 months at enlistment on 1 November 1915 was admitted to hospital as wounded on 23 August 1917 and died from wounds in No 9 Red X Hospital on 30 September 1917. He had embarked at Avonmouth on 24 April 1916 and disembarked at Boulogne on 28 April 1916. The names and addresses of his living relatives are
