M Pickford has an entry in Ancestry Public Member Trees for the birth of Emily Martha Foulkes in 1878 in Paddington, London, parents Charles J and Emily Foulkes. Another entry gives her birth in 1878 in St Johns Wood, Middlesex, parents Charles James Foulkes and Louisa Linney. Matthew Saville has an entry for Emily Martha Fullick born on 4 May 1877 at St Johns Wood, Middlesex, mother Emily Fullick, her christening on 3 June 1877 at St Marylebone, London, her marriage to Frederick Albert Fullick on 24 December at Paddington St Augustine and her death on 11 January 1932 at Hazel Cottage, Lindford, Bordon, Hampshire and burial on 14 January 1932 at Headley All Saints, Surrey.

From Headley Monumental Inscriptions No 576 "In / loving memory / of my dear wife / Emily Martha FULLICK / died 11th January 1932 / aged 54 years / Frederick Albert FULLICK / husband of the above / died 26th February 1947 / aged 70 years / R.I.P. / Come unto me all ye that labour / and are heavy laden and will give / our rest" in the ‘long churchyard’ (the acre added by Mr Laverty in 1909).

There is a confusing entry in Wallis Hay Laverty notebooks on p500 under Walter Fullick "A love-child-niece-of-him Emily Martha - sponsor in 1903. Born ny [new year?] 1877. Emily's mother (sister to William) now FOULKES & Emily goes by name of FOULKES & was married 1904 to Fred Albert FULLICK." and on p1440 "FULLICK (Fred) Albert 20.5.1876 & Emily Martha (FULLICK, FOULKES) 5.1877 Banned 1904. Come to his house at Lindford (Hazel Cottage). He son of Edward p.636. For her see Walter FULLICK p.500. With them his aunt, Miss Esther FULLICK, née 1839. Emily Martha FULLICK died Jan 1932." Sponsor means Godparent. Banned means banns read.

Lindford became part of Whitehill in 1929, before that it was in Headley. Lindford Chase was probably Chase Farm which is now a new housing development.

Relationship

Emily Martha Fullick was my third cousin twice removed and her husband's cousin and my second cousin twice removed.
