Entry in 1891 census for Francis Haney (sic - in the index, Fazey on the orginal) aged 1, born in Riddings, Derbyshire, and living with his parents (Harry and Frances M), and sister (Minnie) at 4 Sutton Road, Hucknall under Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire.
I cannot find any entries in the 1901 census and he was not with his parents in the 1911 census.

His daughter was born in Sheppey in 1914 and son in Portsmouth in 1918
