I cannot find an entry in FreeBMD for the birth of any Lila Finch in 1901, but there is an entry for Margaret Finch in April-June 1901 in Brentford (3a 76) which included Isleworth and Lila Elsie M Girling in October-December 1901 in Brentford (3a 181) (but this would have been a late registration). There is an entry in the Register of Deaths for Lila Margaret Cross born 13 May 1901, in February 1998 in Teignbridge (10DA 49). An entry in Ancestry Personal Member Tree states Lila Margaret Finch was born on 13 May 1901 in Isleworth, Middlesex, her marriage to Albert Cross at Iver Parish Church, Buckinghamshire in August 1969, and her death in 1998 at Nellston Hotel, Teingmouth, Devon.
Albert Alfred Cross was the husband of Florence Violet Luff, my half second cousin once removed.
