She had two children by Darren John Watkins in Huddersfield in 1995 and Colcester in 1996.
Entry in Register of Marriages for Jayne E Carter and Stephen J Rowney and in September 2003 in Kendal (377 526 R3 189).
Both children were registered at the same time in Huddersfield so I assume were twins.
Mike Palmer has an entry in Ancestry Private Member Trees for Jayne Elizabeth Carter, born 31 May 1974, parents Roy and Christina Watkins, her 'marriage' to Darren John Watkins (a note states they were not married) and the two children, and her marriage to Stephen John Rowney in September 2003 and two children.
Jayne Elizabeth Carter was the second great grandneice of Sarah Jane Gill, second wife of my great grandfather George William Payne.
