In the 1841 census as Sarah Baker aged 20 (rounded down to a multiple of 5), born in Hampshire,no stated employment and living with George and Ann (parents?), and Henry and Robert (brothers?) at Simmondstone, Headley ((Frensham Pond Hotel/White Horse is the next property).
Her mother died in November 1841 in Headley.
In the 1851 census as Sarah Baker aged 34, born in Headley, single, no stated employment, and living with her widowed father (George), three brothers (Albert (actually a nephew, son of William), Henry and William), daughter (Sarah), a visitor (John Baker aged 40, born in Headley, unmarried and a farmer of 49 acres employing three labourers - her brother?), and two servants (William Mills aged 23, unmarried and employed as an agricultural labourer and Martha Shrube (sic - Shrub on the original) aged 16 and born in Headley (my great grandmother) at Simmondstone, Headley.

Baker's of Headley states George’s sixth child, Sarah, was born in about 1815. She is recorded as living, unmarried, at Simmondstone Farm by both 1841 and 1851 censuses.
Susan F Belsey has an entry for Sarah Baker born in 1817, and christened on 19 February 1815, daughter of George Baker and Anne Swann.
