Birth of Jane Baker in FreeBMD in January-March 1847 in Farnham (4 176).

Christening of Jane Baker in the IGI in Frensham, Surrey on 14 March 1847, parents Stephen and Ann Baker.

In the 1851 census as Jane Baker aged 4, born in Frensham, and living with her parents (Stephen and Ann), three brothers (Henry, John, and William) and three sisters (Margrett, Martha and Mary Ann) in Lower Churt, Frensham, Surrey.

Her father died in 1860

In the 1861 census as Jane Baker aged 16, born in Farnham, Surrey, employed as a house servant and living with Charles Willetts (sic - in the index, Willeter on the original) aged 50, born in Dorking, Surrey and employed as a tallow chandler, his wife (Ann aged 45 and born in St Marylebone), two sons (Charles aged 17 and employed as a clerk and Robt aged 15) and daughter (Anne Mary aged 13 all born in St Marylebone) at 1 Tallow Chandlers Shop, East Street, St Marylebone , Middlesex.

In the 1871 census as Jane Baken (sic - in the index, correct on the original) aged 25, born in Frewham (sic - Frensham in original), Surrey, unmarried, employed as a domestic cook, and living with Murrel Brooke (aged 42 could be 62, born in Ely, Cambridgeshire and employed as a general practioner), his wife (Mary aged 65 - could be 45, and born in Ely), his daughter (Mary E aged 25, born in St James, Southwark, Surrey, unmarried and no stated employment) and another servant (Celia Nunn aged 23, born in Sury Camfs, Cambridgeshire and unmarried) at Peak Hill, Sydenham, Lewisham, Kent.

Marriage of Jane Baker and Thomas Gamble Mason in FreeBMD in October-December 1879 in Lambeth (1d 760).

In the 1881 census as Jane Mason aged 33, born in Frensham, Surrey, and living with her husband (Thomas G) and son (Richard B) at 54 Larkhall Lane, Lambeth, London.

There are several possible entries in FreeBMD for her death - January-March 1884 aged 34 in Blaby (7a 26), October-December 1887 aged 39 in Cirencester (6a 240), and July-September 1889 aged 42 in Highworth (5a 1). I guess the first is correct as it is in Leicestershire, about 17 miles south of Swannington where her husband was born and was living (widowed) in the 1891 census with his mother.
