In the 1891 census as Elizabeth Burberry aged 6, born in Eastbourne, Surrey in the index, Sussex on the original, and living with her parents (Thomas and Leah in the index, Sarah on the original), two brothers (Arthur and Frank), and three sisters (Maud, Rosey and Sarah) at 27 Bangor Street, Kensington, London. Another family lived at the same address.
In the 1901 census as Elizabeth Burberry aged 16, born in Eastbourne, Sussex, single, and a servant living with Frank Augustus Collyer (aged 35, born in Greenwich, London and a tailor and employer), his wife (Eliza L C aged 36 and born in Camden, London), two sons (Thomas F aged 3 and born in Dalston, London, and Gordon B aged 6 months and born in Stoke Newington, London), and cousin (Kate Whiting aged 20, born in Kingsdown, Kent, single, and no stated employment) at 14 Martaban Road, Stoke Newington, London.
In the 1911 census as Elizabeth Cowles aged 26, born in Eastbourne, Sussex, married for three years with one child still living, and living with her husband (Herbert) and son (Herbert Burberg) in two rooms at 59 Flood Street, Chelsea, London.
Her son was born in Chelsea in 1912.

There is an entry in Ancestry Public Member Trees for Elizabeth Burberry born in 1880, and married to Herbert Cowles in 1903, and her death in Balham, London in 1916. Another adds her two sons. Maureen Kristjanson adds her birth in Eastbourne, Sussex in 1885 and gives two marriage dates 1901 and 1908. I can find no entry for the marriage which should have been in 1908 from the 1911 census.
Email from Maureen Yvonne (Curtis) Kristjanson states Herbert Cowles, coach builder of Chelsea and Balham [...] married firstly about 1902/3 Elizabeth Burberry, who died 1915/16 at St. James’ Hospital, Balham. Herbert and Elizabeth Cowles had the following issues: Herbert George Cowles [and] Charles Clifford Cowles.
Elizabeth Burberry was the wife of Herbert Cowles, my fifth cousin.
