There are two entries in FreeBMD for the death of Jessie Baker in April-June 1873 aged 12 in Lambeth (1d 221 and 1d 224). There is only one entry in the original index, the last digit of which could either be a 1 or a 4 so these are duplicates). Lambeth was in Surrey until 1889.
