In Bakers of Headley states Joseph’s fourth child by his first marriage, James, was born in 1874. In 1881 the census recorded him at home with his family at Crosswaters Farm, Churt. He married Emma Maria (surname unknown), and they had a daughter, Florence. (I can find no evidence for Florence.)
Susan F Belsey has an entry for James Baker born in 1874 in Surrey, parents Joseph Baker and Elizabeth Fox, his marriage to Emma Maria ?, his daughter Florence, and his death after 1943.
