In the 1881 census as Frank Baker aged 7, born in Lambeth and living with his parents (Edwin and Charlotte), brother (William) and sister (Esther) at 14 Andersons Walk, Lambeth, Surrey. Another two families were living at the same address.
There is an entry in the 1891 census as Frank Baker aged 18, born in Lambeth and a private in the army infantry and with the The Battalion of the Cameromians Scottish Rifles quartered in the ? Infantry Barracks, Aldershot, Hampshire.
I cannot find an entry for him in the 1901 census but there is another Frank Andrew Baker aged 28 and born in Lambeth (his parents are Andrew and Frances).

His son was born at 64 Bonnington Square, Lambeth and christened on 23 June 1905 at St Anne, South Lambeth where his employment was a commisionaire.
