Entry in Ancestry London, England, Births and Baptisms, 1813-1906 for Emily Baker baptised on 28 September 1851 at Holloway St James, parents Abraham and Mary Ann Baker. "No 438 in 1851 in the Parish of St James Holloway in the County of Middlesex Emily born on 7 August, baptised on 28 September, parents Abraham, a carpenter, and Mary Ann Baker of 19 Burnard Terrace".

Her brother was also born in Islington in 1852.

Her father died in November 1853.

In the 1861 census as Emily Baker aged 9, born in Islington, Middlesex and living with her widowed mother (Mary Ann), brother (Robert) and a boarder (William Berry aged 13, born in Westminster, Middlesex and a pupil teacher) at 19 Bernard Terrace, Islington St Mary, Middlesex. Four other families were living at this address including Jame Gueses (sic - in the index, Groves on the original).

Her mother died in Islington in 1862.

I cannot find her in the 1871 census but she was living at the 1861 address when married in 1873 although not listed as living there in 1871 (her brother was living there as the stepson of James Groves).

In the 1881 census as Emily Hall (sic - in the index, Hale on the original) aged 29, born in Islington, Middlesex, and living with her husband (Arthur H), three sons (George A, Gerald N and Herbert F) and a general domestic servant (Elizabeth Tate aged 15 and born in St Giles, Middlesex) at 44 Barnsbury Grove, Islington, London (two other families shared this address).

Lynn Turner has an entry in Ancestry Public Member Trees for Emily Baker baptised 28 September 1851, parents Abraham Baker and Mary Ann Bouting, her marriage to Samuel Joseph Hodder Row on 15 June 1873 (this Emily had father Robert, a tin worker) and a son Henry or Harry.
