Note this is a different George to that in the 1871 census.

Death of Frances Sawkins in FreeBMD in July-September 1909 aged 84 in Alton (2c 95).

There is an entry in Ancestry Public Member Trees for Frances Croucher born in 1831 in Empshott, Hampshire, married to Thomas Even Sawkins (however this is the wrong one) and her death in September 1909 in Alton, Hampshire. There is another entry giving her parents as Elijah Croucher and Charlotte May, but these were in Kent. Another entry gives her mother as Lucy Croucher and eight of her children. Another gives her birth in 1827 in Empshott, mother Lucy Croucher, her marriage to Thomas Sawkins , eight children, and her death in Alton in September 1909.
