Christine Sexton has an entry in Ancestry Public Member Trees for Ellen Croucher born in 1883 in Hampshire, parents James Croucher and Eliza Whittaker.
However I cannot identify who this is as she is not in the latter censuses. In the 1891 census her older brother James and sister Olive were born in Poplar but their births were registered in Wandsworth. There is an entry for a Louise Ellen Croucher in FreeBMD in Wandsworth in October-December 1882 (1d 575) but I cannot find any later information.
