In the 1871 census as Eliza Light aged 11, born in Brockenhurst, Hampshire, and living with her parents (Isaac and Anabella), two brothers (Henry and Mark), and three sisters (Elizabeth, Louisa and Matilda) living as gipsies at the side of the turnpike road in caravans in Winterbourne Whitchurch, Dorset.
