His brother Thomas was born in Tooting in 1887.
In the 1891 census as Arthur Cramter (sic - on the original) aged 10, born in London, and living with his parents (Edward and Mary), three brothers (Albert, Thomas and Walter) and five sisters (Bessie, Emile Leddy, Mary, and Mazzie) at 136 Selkirk Rd? (near Garrett Lane, Upper Tooting), Streatham, London.
His father ded in 1894.
I cannot find him in the 1901 census.
