I cannot find her in the 1891 census but she was not with her parents.
Her son was born in South Norwood in 1899.
In the 1901 census as Ann Croucher aged 30, born in Virginia Water, Berkshire, single, and a cook living with George F Puxon (aged 55, born in London, widowed, and a bacon dryer), his daughter (Maude aged 23, born in Croydon, single and no stated employment), and another servant (Florence M Haaler aged 19, born in Croydon, single and a housemaid) at York Lodge, Warham Road, Croydon, Surrey. Her son was boarding with Jesse and Elizabeth Edmonds at 5 Cobden Road, Croydon, Surrey.
